Alexandra is a qualified Dental Hygienist and Therapist trained at King’s College Hospital London.
She has a positive and enthusiastic approach to dental care, emphasising the importance of a healthy smile for overall well-being through education, motivation, and prevention.
Alexandra enjoys all aspects of dental hygiene and therapy and is particularly interested in periodontal treatments, guided biofilm therapy (GBT), teeth whitening, pediatric dentistry, and the impact of diet on oral and general health.
She is passionate about creating personalised treatment plans for each patient, working collaboratively with them and the dental team to achieve, improve, or maintain optimal oral and general health through evidence-based approaches. Alexandra builds strong rapport with patients, ensuring their active involvement in their care and tailoring treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
Committed to staying at the forefront of her field, Alexandra is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy and regularly attends continuing education courses.
In her free time, Alexandra enjoys a variety of activities, including gym workouts, spinning, Pilates, and barre classes. She is also a skilled skier and tennis player and enjoys playing the piano, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. A keen cook, she loves experimenting with different cuisines, with a particular fondness for challenging Italian dishes.
